Luminus Ferry Project is inviting families from across Fenland to come and enjoy ‘Three Cheers for Christmas!’ a fun filled show to get the whole family in the festive mood.

The show, performed by the Riding Lights Theatre Company will bring its national tour to the Queen Mary Centre, Wisbech, on Friday 16th December at 6.30pm.

As one of the UK’s most productive and long-established independent theatre companies, the play promises to deliver an unforgettable, entertaining performance, filled with festive cheer. The play brings three outlandish characters and their amazing animals to star in three spectacular stories. They promise to lift your spirits and drop your jaws just in time for Christmas! Woven together with puppetry, music, comic silliness and plenty of interactivity for younger members of the audience, this colourful cloth of yuletide yarns offers a brilliant background to the heart of Christmas.

All profits from the show will go to Luminus Ferry Project, an award-winning social enterprise and registered charity that helps homeless people in Fenland.

Keith Smith, Director of Luminus Ferry Project, commented on the show;

“Following the success of the recent ‘Simeon’s Watch’, Luminus Ferry Project is once again proud to be partnering with such a high quality theatre company to put on a great show that brings the whole community together. We hope families from across the district will be able to join us for this spectacular Christmas show.”

Tickets are £5 (£3 for concessions) and can be purchased from the Queen Mary Centre on 01945 581444 or from the QMC box office, which is open Monday to Friday, from 9am until 5pm.
