The recent Christmas spirit has truly shone through the community as the Ferry Project engages in exciting events and generous contributions. We are delighted to share highlights from our recent activities and express our heartfelt gratitude to all those who have supported our initiatives.

Earlier this week, we were at Greencore, who had collected an amazing array of Christmas items for our residents who are experiencing homelessnes - these are sure to make this year's Christmas a little brighter. We thank Greencore Wisbech for their continued support and generosity.

A representative from Alright Mate Fenland also popped in as the group generously donated warm winter scarves and other items for our clients. Our clients are sure to have a toasty Christmas thanks to you.

On Thursday, we had the pleasure of being featured on BBC Cambridgeshire Radio. Our Cookery School manager and talented recipe writer, Alison Crouch, discussed the Ferry Project Cookery School, our new internship program, and shared some holiday culinary delights. The conversation covered everything from festive canapés and wine pairings to delectable chocolate Yule logs, making for an inspiring morning.

Later, we took our message to Radio West Norfolk, where we celebrated the kindness of our community through their Christmas Toy Appeal. Thanks to generous donations, they collected a record number of toys, some of which have now been passed on to our Mum's and Babies Group. These gifts will undoubtedly bring immense joy and BIG smiles to many little faces this holiday season. A massive thank you to everyone who contributed to making this appeal a success.

As we wrap up this joyful time of year, we reflect on the impact of community support and the spirit of giving.
