Keyworker - Complex Needs and Health
Salary: £28,644.30 
Hours: 40.2 hours per week on a shift basis of four days on four days off.

This is a rewarding and specialist role supporting some of the most vulnerable people in our community. As a Keyworker for Complex Needs and Health at Ferry Project's Octavia View, you'll hold a caseload of clients with complex histories — including mental health challenges, substance misuse, and trauma — guiding them from crisis toward independence through personalised, trauma-informed support. Working within a Psychologically Informed Environment (PIE), you'll build trusted relationships with clients, develop and review individual support plans, lead meaningful key work sessions, and collaborate closely with external health, housing, and criminal justice partners.

Key skills and qualifications required:

• Experience working with vulnerable adults with complex needs (mental health, substance misuse, learning disabilities, or CJS involvement)
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and active listening skills
• Ability to manage a caseload, prioritise effectively, and work independently
• Good IT and administrative skills, including maintaining accurate records
• Awareness of trauma-informed practice, domestic violence, and neurodiversity
• Full driving licence with business-use vehicle insurance
• Enhanced DBS clearance required
• A good standard of literacy and numeracy

Cookery School & Community Co-ordinator 

32 hours per week

At the heart of that work is our Cookery School — a thriving social enterprise where food becomes a catalyst for confidence, connection, and change. We're looking for a passionate and experienced Cookery School & Community Co-ordinator (32 hours per week) to lead and grow this vital programme. You'll design and deliver hands-on food skills sessions for people experiencing homelessness and disadvantage, manage community events and enterprise activities, and build the partnerships that help our cookery school thrive. Role: Intensive Support Lead

Salary: £33,000 per annum
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Reporting to: Support Services Manager

We're looking for a passionate, proactive and person-centred Tenancy Support Advisor to help individuals and families maintain stable accommodation and prevent homelessness.

The role will involve providing practical and tailored support to people facing housing challenges, helping them build independence, improve wellbeing and sustain their tenancies.

The Ferry Project is launching an innovative new homelessness prevention and intensive support service designed to support people experiencing severe multiple disadvantage, complex needs and long-term homelessness.

We are looking for two compassionate, resilient and proactive Night Workers to provide overnight support within a new accommodation based service, this role is central to creating a safe, stable and psychologically informed environment where individuals can begin to rebuild their lives.

Working as part of our dedicated support team, you will provide overnight wellbeing checks, respond to incidents, manage risk, maintain accurate records and offer practical and emotional support to residents.

You will help ensure the service remains safe, welcoming and responsive throughout the night while promoting dignity, independence and recovery.

We Are Looking For Someone Who:

• Has experience supporting vulnerable adults or people with complex needs.
• Understands trauma-informed and person-centred approaches.
• Can remain calm and professional in challenging situations.
• Has strong communication and record-keeping skills.
