We are excited to be recruiting a new Chief Executive Officer to lead the next chapter of our evolution and growth. This is a perfect opportunity for an ambitious, authentic and impact driven leader to bring their skills and expertise to our organisation, and to make a difference in the homelessness sector in the rural scene.
Working closely with our current senior management team, we would envisage the new CEO to develop strategic plans that further our aim and impacts on rural homelessness, building on our success and national recognition within the homelessness sector.
- A minimum of 5 years of leadership experience, with at least 3 years at a senior level within the nonprofit or charity sector.
- Strong understanding of the UK charity landscape, especially around homelessness, including relevant laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Demonstrated success in strategic planning, organisational and people management, and achieving fundraising targets.
Full Time.
