Tenancy Sustainment Officer - Outreach

Tenancy Sustainment (Outreach) – 37.5 hrs per week
Standard Hours: 8:00am - 16:30pm
Salary: £28,500
This role is funded and on a fixed term until March 2029
The Tenancy Sustainment Officer will provide targeted support to clients who have recently secured employment and need to transition into more accessible accommodation within the community. The role focuses on helping clients maintain stable accommodation, manage finances, and develop essential life skills to ensure long-term tenancy success. This pilot project aims to prevent homelessness recurrence and promote independence and well-being.

Night Concierge

Night Concierge – 40.2 hours per week
Rota: - 4 on 4 off night rota - starting at 9pm - finishing at 9am with a 30 minute break
Salary: £26,339.04

You will help provide a supportive and welcomign environment to single homeless adults accommodated by us and ensure each client is fully supported in their development and progress to independence.
