Snapshot
Founded in 1999, The Ferry Project is an award-winning registered charity and the largest homelessness service provider in Fenland, supporting approximately 80% of the local homeless population. Operating from Octavia View, Mill Close, and the Queen Mary Centre in Wisbech, we provide emergency and supported accommodation, resettlement, employment support, independent living skills, and access to arts and health services, all underpinned by a trauma-informed, whole-person approach.
During 2025–2026, demand for our services continued to rise as pressures across housing, health, and social care deepened. Throughout the year, we stayed focused on what matters most: treating people with dignity, listening carefully to their experiences, and supporting them to move forward at their own pace.
